With extensive experience in diverse design projects across Australia, New Zealand, China, and Malaysia, Raymond specialises in medium and high-rise mixed-use residential projects, student accommodation, and BTR projects (he is currently working on eight BTR projects across the country). His comprehensive knowledge of these sectors enables him to deliver exceptional design solutions tailored to the unique needs of each project. Raymond is a world traveller who regularly visits DKO’s six studios, engaging with developer clients, navigating planning processes, and staying informed about residential market trends.
