Phil Shelley is the Managing Director and Founder of The Living Advisory. Phil commenced working in the Hotel sector over 20 years ago, transitioning through various roles in the PBSA/Student sector and various Build to Rent roles.

After working in various General Manager roles with UniLodge, Phil was instrumental in setting up the Scape business in Australia in 2016, establishing it as the industry leader in Australia. Transitioning from Scape, more recently Phil set up the Home Build to Rent platform, firming this business as the industry leader in traditional/premium Build to Rent.

Phil has worked across all elements of the living sectors, including premium, affordable, mixed use and integrated use. An entrepreneur at heart, Phil is capable of supporting businesses in the start-up phase and as they transition into stabilisation.
