Anthony Garagounis is a seasoned property development and construction professional who leads the successful delivery of projects within Mirvac’s Build to Rent portfolio. With over 10 years of experience at Mirvac, including extensive work in Mirvac Construction, he has overseen the completion of over 2,000 residential apartments valued at more than $900 million. Joining Mirvac’s Build to Rent team in 2019 as National Delivery Manager, Anthony plays a crucial role in establishing Build to Rent as a prominent asset class in Australia. He is passionate about leveraging emerging technologies to enhance the quality, efficiency, and resilience of BTR projects.
